Director of Operations

The Director of Operations leads HAWK Solutions' day-to-day execution and serves as a trusted operational decision-maker within clearly established authority. This role helps ensure that client delivery, internal operations, team execution, standards, deadlines, and priorities continue moving without requiring the owner to manage every operational decision. It is intended for an experienced operator who can exercise sound judgment, create accountability, solve problems, and build scalable systems.

H / 01Core Responsibilities

What you own in

Oversee day-to-day business operations

Coordinate client delivery across HAWK's service functions

Coordinate employees, contractors, and implementation resources

Make routine operational decisions within established authority

Maintain operating standards and quality expectations

Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and project status

Manage internal priorities and team capacity

Coordinate sales-to-implementation handoffs

Address and resolve operational bottlenecks

Manage appropriate client escalations

Maintain and improve SOPs

Ensure recurring processes are documented

Monitor key operating metrics

Identify issues before they require owner intervention

Provide concise executive reporting to ownership

Recommend process, staffing, and system improvements

Help build an organization capable of operating effectively without constant owner involvement
