AI Voice, Likeness and Synthetic Media Authorization

This is a separate authorization for AI voice, likeness, and synthetic media. It is not buried in general Terms. It applies only when you affirmatively elect AI cloning or synthetic media services. AI cloning requires separate explicit voice and likeness authorization.

Media will be used only on approved platforms listed in your authorization. Approved platforms are confirmed per engagement with the client.

Authorization is granted for the duration stated in your authorization. It may be renewed or revoked as described below.

You may revoke this authorization at any time by written notice to HAWK. Revocation applies prospectively. Some published material may not be practically removable.

Recordings and media are stored as needed to deliver services and may be processed by approved third-party providers under appropriate terms.

The person signing confirms they are authorized to grant these permissions for themselves or, where applicable, on behalf of the named individual or entity.

This authorization is completed with an affirmative selection and electronic signature. A typed name and agreement checkbox constitutes an electronic signature.

Permission to use your name, likeness, or results in a portfolio or case study is separate and optional. It is not granted by this authorization.
