Why these are separate

Material optional permissions are not buried inside general Terms. Each authorization below is a distinct document or selection, collected only when the relevant service applies.

Advertising Authorization

Required for paid advertising management. Covers ad account access, campaign approval, spend responsibility, and platform terms.

Recurring Billing Authorization

Authorizes recurring charges for subscriptions, implementation fees, and add-ons per your Order Form.

Messaging and A2P Authorization

Authorizes SMS and messaging workflows, including A2P 10DLC registration and consent practices.

Data Migration Authorization

Authorizes HAWK to migrate data between systems. Covers scope, source access, and data handling.

Case Study and Testimonial Release

Separate, optional permission to use your name, results, or testimonial. Never assumed by default.

Regulated Data and Healthcare BAA

Where regulated or health data is involved, a Business Associate Agreement or similar may be required where legally applicable.

Where you complete these

Some authorizations are completed within the Client Intake and Authorization Survey. Others are sent separately for signature based on your services.
