CRM & Automation Implementation Specialist
The CRM & Automation Implementation Specialist turns HAWK's approved client solutions into reliable, functioning technical systems. This role configures, integrates, tests, documents, and maintains the CRM, automation, AI, communication, and workflow infrastructure HAWK deploys for clients. This individual translates a defined business process into a technically sound implementation.

Configure client CRM environments
Build and maintain pipelines
Configure custom fields and contact structures
Build forms and lead-capture systems
Configure calendars and booking systems
Build SMS workflows
Build email workflows
Configure lead-nurture sequences
Implement missed-call workflows
Build customer follow-up and reactivation workflows
Configure tags, triggers, and workflow logic
Build funnels and landing-page integrations where required
Configure integrations
Work with webhooks and APIs where appropriate
Implement AI chat systems where required
Implement AI voice systems where required
Troubleshoot technical issues
Conduct pre-launch QA
Test workflows end-to-end
Document client configurations
Maintain technical implementation standards
Support ongoing technical maintenance
Improve reusable HAWK templates and implementation frameworks
